LSMU is looking for a Group Leader for Host–Microbiome Data Science to work on the miGut - Health Project

The Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU) is hiring a Group Leader in Host–Microbiome Data Science to join its Institute for Digestive Research in Kaunas. The successful candidate will lead research into host–microbiome interactions, with a focus on precision health and chronic disease prevention.

The role includes involvement in international EU-funded projects, such as miGut-Health and PerPrevCID, and provides access to rich, population-based, multi-omics datasets. Candidates with a strong background in microbiome science, bioinformatics, or machine learning in health are encouraged to apply.
